Executive Coaching and Mentorship
Senior leadership requires a shift in perspectives. The mindset to think “outside the box” and to dare a paradigm shift is a hallmark of high quality leadership. By pairing senior leaders in a one-to-one setting with seasoned former and current executives, we provide an environment for knowledge and experience sharing. Our coaches, who have served in senior leadership positions in both the public and private sectors, are eager and trained to share their wealth of leadership skills with current senior business leaders.
Our coaching program is a highly structured and provides safe environment to foster the continued development of senior leaders. This program and its staff assist participants understand their current leadership attributes and skills, identify skills gaps, and address those areas through rigorously designed coaching plans.
Leadership Training
At BlueSky we believe that leadership is a skill that can be learned, cultivated and honed. Organized into two levels, entry-level and mid-level leadership, our Stand-to-Lead (STL) program is designed to give aspiring and practicing leaders the opportunity to acquire crucial skills required for their levels of leadership positions. Beyond enabling leaders to be more productive at their current positions, the skills developed though this trainings also prepare participating leaders for the next level of their leadership development.
Through seminars and lectures, STL program helps leaders develop core and advanced leadership skills including fundamental leadership skills such as influencing and inspiring, and advanced skills such as critical thinking and decision making to advanced topics in leadership such as navigating though disruptions and challenging business issues, systems thinking and structured problem solving skills.
Diversity and Inclusion Consulting
In today’s multicultural workplace, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) has become a major strategic business consideration. Organizations, large and small, are well aware of the impact of a well thought out and inclusive policy on their public image and bottom line. There is a dearth of empirical and analytical research establishing that organizations that are inclusive and accommodating to diversity in all its essence are more resilient, harmonious and preferred by both employees and customers.
Our consulting team is made up of a diverse group of researchers and practitioners with years of experience in designing DEI policies and leading initiatives for small, medium and large organization in both the private and public sectors.
